Initially working alongside the HCA to develop the Local Housing Company (LHC) approach, our expertise has been utilised by several local authority partners who are keen to explore the potential to release land in public ownership work alongside private sector partners.

Our work has been focussed on developing the business case in each area focussing closely on the council’s wider regeneration objectives, including financial modelling work. In addition, we are working with a range of local authority and housing association partners on a wider range of joint venture structures, again suitable to deliver widescale regeneration and additional housing delivery.

We bring expertise, commercial flair, and a solid understanding of risk and affordable housing funding and design requirements, and we make these attributes work hard for our clients. Our team has experience of securing significant housing Private Finance Initiative (PFI) projects.
