The scheme comprises a major regeneration within the Abbey Road area of Camden comprising demolition of existing buildings, site clearance and ground works and redevelopment to provide up to 299 residential units, up to 1300 sq.m (GEA) retail floor space (Use Class A1-A5), and up to 1000 sq.m business floor space (Use Class B1), up to 2250 sq.m community floor space (Use Class D1), up to 2482 sq.m ancillary residential floor space, energy centre (up to 505 sq.m GEA), associated plant and servicing; provision of open space, landscaping works and drainage; car parking (up to 144 spaces in designated surface and basement plus on street); alteration of existing highway and creation of new vehicular and pedestrian access routes. Our role is to provide an enhanced level of project management and development advice.
Working with Atkins, ikon are project managers for this significant Council led regeneration project . The delivery will secure homes for sale, affordable housing, retail and commercial space. ikon has led the procurement of master planners, provided marketing and commercial advice and undertaken a lead consultant role.
