St. George’s University- Library Refurbishment

The Library, Phase 3 refurbishment at St. George's University of London includes the formation of new rooms in the existing space by remodeling and providing new partitions and doors, fitted furniture, building services and alterations to existing services. The scheme was designed by Bond Bryan Architects.

The Brief

The key objectives of this project are to increase the number of individual and group study areas, computer and power sources for students, as well as reducing noise levels throughout. The scope of works will comprise of replacement of ceilings, new lighting, new floor coverings and redecoration.
